Founder and Executive Pastry Chef, Eva, is an alumni of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, who graduated with
Honours in the Diplôme de Pâtisserie program.
After exploring a variety of opportunities & experiences at different pastry shops, restaurants and bakeries, Eva started a side project that soon developed into a full-time small venture in her home studio kitchen, better known as Nirvana Desserts.
With the opening of our brick-and-motar storefront, Evana Patisserie & Cafe is named after our Founder, Eva, while paying tributes to how it all started, Nirvana Desserts. With a balanced medley of French influence and Asian inspired flavours, we aim to bring you the highest quality of classic and fusion desserts, pastries, and beverages.
We pride ourselves on the use of globally sourced quality ingredients, seasonally fresh produces, and fair trade teas and coffees. Time, care and attention to detail - enlightening both sight and palette.
