Frequently Asked Questions

We are not an allergen-free facility. Our products may contain or come in contact with allergens such as dairy and dairy by-products, soy, eggs, wheat, nuts (including and not limited to peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame, etc.), sugar, gluten, caffeine, etc. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination in our products.

For best results, please enjoy cakes and pastries within 24 hours of purchase.

Cakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 1-2 days.

Pastries such as eclairs, tarts, choux puffs, are best consumed within 24 hours.

Macarons will be good in room temperature for 1 day, fridge for 3 days, and freezer for 1 week.

Viennoiseries (croissants, danishes) are best consumed within 24 hours, but can be stored in air tight containers for up to 2-3 days. We highly recommend to reheat it in the oven or airfryer for 1-2 minutes at 350F for optimal results.

No, sugar levels cannot be adjusted as our recipes are created in large batches. However, all our cakes are all designed to be mildly sweet - enough for Asian grandparents to praise "not too sweet!"

For whole cakes we highly recommend pre-ordering 1-2 days in advance. Walk-ins are also available, availability on selections may vary upon walk-in.

Pick up Orders:  

Orders not picked up by the specified date will not be refunded and products will not be kept to ensure food quality and safety; This is non-negotiable.  

Please contact us by 3PM the day before pick up to cancel your order and to receive a full refund (for all products on our online store, except for custom cakes/products. Restrictions may apply, please contact us for more details). 

Cancellations after 11:30AM  on day of pick up will only receive 50% refund. Any funds not refunded due to cancellations will not result in store credit/gift cards. 

Custom Cakes/Products: 

Custom cakes (not including wedding cakes) require at least 72 hours advance notice for cancellations for  partial/full refund. We reserve the right to only refund 50% of total price if your cake is already in production. Cancellations in under 72 hours will not be refunded. Changes in date will result in additional charges. As we need to ensure your cakes will be made in a timely manner with the requested designs, flavours, etc, prior preparation will  be required, and as a result, we may not be able to make the adjustments. 

Wedding Cakes/Large Celebration Cakes:

Large celebration cakes such as wedding cakes will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Requests to change dates may result in additional fees. Non-refundable deposits can not be used as store credit towards any other store products/services.

At this time we do not offer delivery for our menu items. Delivery is currently only available for large celebration cakes (multi-tier cakes) such as for weddings or dessert table set ups. Delivery rate varies based on destination. Please contact us for more detail along with your custom order.
